Urgent Same Day Care
Urgent matters will normally be dealt with on the same day and reception will add you to the daily triage list for a clinician to call you back.
You should request this with reception via option 4 of our phone system between 08:00-11:00 and 14:30-17:30, Monday-Friday.
You will be spoken to by the next available clinician and it is not normally possible to request or guarantee a specific person.
This would also normally be to discuss one specific problem that has arisen as an urgent matter. It will not be possible to address non-urgent matters during these appointments including sick notes, admin queries, repeat prescriptions, historic medical conditions, or multiple problems.
Please also consider going to the local pharmacy for assessment and advice under their minor ailments scheme if you have a minor illness.
